Rosario Dawson: The Gemini Division

Rosario Dawson stars in an online science fiction series called The Gemini Division.

She'll play a New York City police officer who is investigating her husband's murder. The officer stumbles upon a global conspiracy involving the creation of simulated life forms who are living amongst the unsuspecting public.

Check out the trailer below.

    This looks stupid.

  2. @toni, maybe sci-fi's not your thing :-)

But I do think its so important that Gemini Division does well. It’s the kind of innovative product that injects the interactivity of the internet into the traditional lean back viewing model of old media.

Its success would bring much needed attention to a groundswell of indie interactive web TV projects like ours.

One gripe though is geoblocking the show to the US, I think its a cop out, failing to fully embrace the tenets of operating on the internet by making it virally distributable and available worldwide.

  3. Interactive web TV hunh? Sounds like a plan. That market does need more exploring but the good old boys need to think outside the box. Good luck with your efforts and please come bay again. :-)

Michael Jackson: Before & After Thriller

As you may know by now, Michael Jackson will be on the December 2007 issue of Ebony Magazine. They are showcasing him 25 years after "Thriller".

I commend him on still trying to be out there after years of controversy and court cases, but I wish the man had stayed out of the plastic surgeon's office.
